During the 1980's China had to steal U.S. nuclear secrets. However, in the 1990's, under the Clinton administration, China was handed our most advanced nuclear missle and neutron weapons technology in exchange for contributions to the Clinton/Gore campaign and the DNC. Authorities say this new technology allows China to target the United States with ABM's having MIRV and submarine launch capability. A neutron weapon causes massive death while leaving its target intact (no structural damage). These are fearsome weapons of mass destruction. Officials within the Clinton administration have speculated that it's "unfair" for the U.S. to be the only superpower. Bill Clinton just trashed the peace we achieved in the 1980's when the Soviet Union collapsed...and the public didn't even notice. Should we teach our children about "duck and cover"?
